All packages are FOB point of origin. Standard shipping is Canada Post. For international orders UPS Ground. Other shipping arrangements can be made with additional charges. Shipping costs will be charged when the order is processed.

Any additional charges such as COD fees, insurance, and customs fees on international shipments will be charged to purchaser.

We must be notified within 24 hours after receipt of all damaged goods or shortages.

Contact us for return approval and instructions. We will accept authorized returns only if in sellable condition. Sale items and special orders are non-returnable. 

 A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied.
